Cyberfuse Technologies, LLC appoints Stephen Levin to Senior Counsel

Morrisville, Pa. - September 28, 2000 - Stephen Levin, 51, has been appointed Senior Counsel for Cyberfuse Technologies, LLC, the management company and advertising agency of CAT Internet Services, Inc. Located in Morrisville, Pennsylvania (near Philadelphia), Cyberfuse manages CAT Internet Services, which developed and maintains Stockmarket.com, a financial website, and develops and maintains other high type-in traffic, name-recognizable websites.

Over the years, the 1974 Duquesne University School of Law graduate has proved himself a first-rate litigator. Levin began his career as a Philadelphia Assistant District Attorney under Emmitt Fitzpatrick. While in the District Attorney's office, he tried hundreds of cases, moving from the Law division to the Trial division and onward to the Homicide division. Levin was appointed Assistant Chief of Hearings by then District Attorney Ed Rendell. In that capacity, he was charged with providing trial training to all new Assistant D.A. Levin eventually moved on to private practice with Wolf, Block, Schorr and Solis-Cohen, followed by time with Jacoby-Donner, and then spent twelve years with Neil Jokelson & Associates. For the past several years, Levin has been actively involved with Internet Law. His areas of expertise include litigation, intellectual property and transactional law. Levin said, "I find Internet Law exciting. It is a fast growing and dynamic area. It is growing so fast, we talk of things happening at 'Internet Speed.' To be able to practice law and be involved in the Internet allows me to combine two fields of endeavor that I enjoy and find fascinating."

Levin has published articles, while a member of his law school's Law Review, on Admiralty Law and on Evidence. In fact, the article on Evidence had the distinction of being reprinted as part of a scholarly multidisciplinary compendium on the physical, emotional and sexual abuse of children, featuring gathered literature on the topic from 1932 to 1993 and published by Garland Press in 1994.

Levin is a member of several high and ultra-high IQ organizations including Mensa, Intertel and the International Society for Philosophical Enquiry (ISPE). ISPE is a worldwide think tank for persons at the highest level of intellectual ability. Levin also serves as ISPE's worldwide legal counsel.

Levin has previously served as President of the Raymond & Miriam Klein branch of the JCC from 1981-1984. In the early 1980's, he also received the Myer & Rosaline Feinstein JCC Young Leadership Award.

Morrisville, Pa. - July 13, 2000 - Barry Ruder, 42, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, for Cyberfuse Technologies, LLC, the management company and advertising agency of CAT Internet Services, Inc. Ruder, a CPA, had worked for Rudolph, Palitz LLC for over 20 years, and ended his tenure at the firm as a Partner with a specialty in tax, financial planning, and business consulting. His clients included large businesses in the tri-state area as well as prominent individuals across the country.

Ruder who began his duties in July said "The decision to change jobs after 23 years is not one I undertook lightly. However, the untapped potential of the Internet and the speed in which it is happening, left me no choice but to give this a try".

Cyberfuse Technologies is a 55-person company, established this year in Morrisville, Pennsylvania. Cyberfuse has been involved in various Internet endeavors, mostly recently the launch of Stockmarket.com for CAT Internet Services. Dave Sichel, who understood the opportunities created by the Internet long before many of his contemporaries began purchasing domain names for later use, founded the multimillion-dollar business. He will be rolling multiple websites out during 2000-2001.

Ruder's duties as senior executive include budget allocation, day-to-day financial management of the company, and growth planning. The company has plans to expand to 100 employees by June 2001. Ruder is a 1981 graduate of Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He lives in Lafayette Hill with his wife and three children. When not working, Ruder is involved with the "Small Miracles" golf tournament. The charity raises thousands of dollars for Einstein Hospital usually for projects involving children. "This is something near and dear to my heart. As a father myself, I feel it is important to do what ever I can to help other children in need", said Ruder.

Today.com has now sold virtually all of its premiere domain names, and will now continue its concentration on its primary business focuses of software development and related services.

CAT is a Pennsylvania-based, multi-faceted Internet company, which owns scores.com, magazine.com, sweepstakes.com, navigator.com and various other topflight domains.
